10. GermanySong: Push Forward After the Eurovision Song Contest last year everybody knows who Lena Meyer-Landrut is, and she is competing for Germany again this year, both here in the Second Chance Contest and in the big Eurovision final. 'Push Forward' was one of the 12 songs in the German national selection, all of which have been released on Lena's current album 'Good News'. The song was written by Daniel Schaub and Pär Lemmers, who usually perform together on stage as the duo 'Jack Beauregard'. Their cooperation with Lena started already last year, when they contributed the song 'I Just Want Your Kiss' to her debut album 'My Cassette Player'. In the national final, 'Push Forward' was the song placed second in the final ranking. |
